The workshops and seminars offered by Bredemeyer & Friends are tailored individually each occasion and to every company. The content, duration, and sequences of them are designed according to the specific prerequisites and objectives.

 

 

In the follow-up to a large group intervention, for example, they first serve to sift the outcome of the conference and to start the implementation process. Later they might ensure that managers, employees, and teams are better prepared for the newly initiated process and thus to meet the associated challenges.

 

 

Just as no two companies are exactly alike, the course of one company’s development process varies from that of another. The details of the workshops and seminars are developed first after the current situation, the preexisting knowledge of the participants, and the objectives are clearly defined.
